TFD flange facer specifications

With the TFD Flange Facers, damaged or distorted flange surfaces can be easily cleaned up.

Depending on the operation (turning or milling or grinding) one can select all values of surface roughnesses.

A radial feeding system is also built on the machine for all types of drive. Because the radial feed is adjustable, all roughnesses of the sealing surface can be realized.

Depending on the application, the mentioned drives are available and the machine can be built from simple to CNC controlled.

The machines are supplied with an extensive set of extension clamping legs for the entire clamping range of the machine as well as the various tools and all together in a wooden storage / transport box. A second box is required for the electric or hydraulic drive.
